Can I quit at any time?
I'd hate to see you go, but of course, you can! No questions asked. Just let us know and we'll stop your membership from renewing. You'll continue to receive the membership benefits for the year you've paid. Unfortunately, we can't reimburse pro-rated amounts for the remaining year of your current year's membership fee.
When am I billed?
You're billed as soon as you purchase the VIP Membership. We only bill you once a year and always email you before renewing your membership.
Can I use my VIP Club membership discount to purchase Gift Cards?

I have to admit I have not done much embroidery for almost a year. I had medical issues and surgery in November. I’m gradually getting back to sewing and finally doing some embroidery. I was looking to embroider a bunny/ Easter bunny onto a rope bowl I wanted to make as a decorative piece. I did start it, but wouldn’t recommend the glitter flex onto the rope ( too many layers) it actually cut / tore but I eventually fixed it with a small zigzag stitch. I love the glitter flex so had to try.
Couple of questions for you. If the GlitterFlex tore out, was it fused down first as instructed? It should not tear out if it's been fused down as it will stick to the fibers below. If it was fused, then it might not have been fused long enough or hot enough. Maybe you're saying the rope creates too many peaks and valleys for it to fuse well?
Another idea that I've seen on rope bowls is to embroidery on fabric first, cutting out a circle to match the bottom of the bowl, and stitching that to the bowl. Normally I've seen that technique with heavy designs. Just a couple ideas. I think it turned out darling though. Great job figuring a fix!
