Hi Judy, Are you trying to put the USB directly into your embroidery machine or your computer? The USB is meant for your computer. If it's showing 'not loaded' on your computer, I would try a different USB port as there could be a connection issue on that port. Dependng upon your machine, you might not be able to see the files as there are all formats included on the USB along with PDF files and SVG files. Some machines will read with all the other information on there and some will not--it depends upon your machine. IF you have a machine that will read it but you're still getting the 'not loaded' message, simply turn off your machine and try again making sure you have it in the correct USB port and not the one meant for your mouse. My embroidery machine has two and I've been known to make that mistake. Hope these tips help. Bonnie
