Many of you asked what I used to create the super sparkle in the “Eggsquisite Jewels” designs. After testing several products, the Fusible GlitterFlex Ultra was my favorite for ultimate sparkle and flexibility. This material is great to use in any appliqué design.

GlitterFlex Ultra is:
  • The thickness of cotton quilting fabrics
  • Fusible
  • Washable
  • Best of all, it simply tears away from your stitching line! Little to no trimming is needed.
  • It’s the same material many commercial embroiderers use on athletic gear so you know it’s a product that can be trusted for your machine. 
  • Width of GlitterFlex may vary 1/4".

    Beautiful but did not stick well

    I loved the color and sparkle but my letters did not stick well . I am going to have to sew them on the jeans. 😢

    Hi Sharon! I appreciate your feedback and have a solution for you to try. If the GlitterFlex is not holding one of two things happened (maybe even both). The GlitterFlex wasn't fused at a high enough heat or it wasn't fused in the spot long enough.
