Last time, I gave you some tutorials and project ideas using my Christmas embroidery designs. Here are a few more light-stitching designs that would be perfect for creating everything from Christmas cards to table linens, basket liners, and napkins. Links are included for blanks (no affiliation).
Cards
QuickStitch Embroidery Paper is specially made for machine embroidery. AllStitch carries a line of these papers that come in both patterns and solid colors.
Bottle Aprons
Dress up gifts for adult beverages by stitching bottle aprons.
Cookie Plates
AllStitch also carries acrylic cookie plates. Stitch your message on QuickStitch Embroidery Paper for a custom gift like no other.
Fill the plate with baked goods and sweets, or adorable gingerbread cookies.
Towels
It’s nice to have towels on hand to use for hostess gifts and unexpected occasions. All About Blanks carries a great selection of quality hand and kitchen towels. Some have matching potholders, too.
Table Linens
Nothing dresses up a table more than a table runner.
Vintage Deer and Painted Poinsettias
With embroidery blanks, you don’t have to make the item you want to embellish with embroidery.
Napkins are another classy accessory to dress up your table. They also make a great gift.
Don’t forget the bread warmer! Everyone will want to know where you got it.
Tree Skirts
Tree skirts make wonderful family heirlooms. Fortunately, you don’t have to be a seamstress to embroider a Christmas tree skirt when you use embroidery blanks.

Mary—The nice thing about using blanks is all you have to worry about is placement of your design and making sure to use the proper stabilizer(s) for the content of the fabric in the blank.
