Did you know that your mobile device is one of the most useful notions in your sewing room?
We’re all familiar with software programs from using them on our computers. Today I am specifically talking about applications or apps that you can download on your mobile phone. I will demonstrate on an iPhone because that's what I use. If you have an Android, you can search Google or YouTube for directions on how to add apps to your phone.
On your iPhone, usually on the front page, there'll be a little icon that says “App Store.” It will have a big “A” on it. Touch the “A” and up pops the apps that you currently have on your cellphone.
In the search bar (my search is toward the bottom but yours may be at the top), there's a little magnifying glass. I type in whatever I am looking for and just push search button. I put in “Floriani” just to see what might pop up and found a few different little apps that I thought were pretty neat. You can get a description of each app before you install it.

Solve problems with the Troubleshooting tool inside the app.
Track your supplies with Organizer and use the Shopping List when visiting the dealer, which can be found in the built-in dealer directory.
The “Related” icon is equally useful. It will show apps related to the one you are currently researching. One of the best parts? Most apps like these are free! Once you find an app that you like, just push the install button and it will install on your phone. If you decide later you don't want or need it, it is easy to delete.
I have run across a few apps that charge but generally they're like a dollar or less so it's not gonna break the bank to play with them for a while to see if there's something that could be helpful.
Even though this app is geared toward a specific manufacturer, bear in mind that there are only two or three makers of stabilizer on the market. Everyone puts their own name on them. So 95% of the information on this app is pertinent to most any brand!
